Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ClarityforPets.com and any services provided by Clarity For Pets LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Clarity for Pets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting information, purchasing an analysis, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Clarity for Pets
Clarity for Pets provides structured educational analysis designed to help pet owners better understand recurring allergy and symptom patterns.
Our analysis may consider information such as symptom history, timing, geographic location, environmental conditions, seasonal patterns, prior allergy testing when available, medications, treatment history, treatment response, routine, and other information relevant to the individual case.
The purpose is to organize and evaluate available evidence to identify the factors that appear most consistent with the pet’s real-world symptom pattern.
2. Not Veterinary Care
Clarity for Pets is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or veterinary medical advice.
Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, care from a licensed veterinarian.
You should consult a veterinarian regarding diagnosis, treatment, medications, testing, dietary changes, immunotherapy, or other medical decisions involving your pet.
Do not delay or avoid veterinary care because of information provided by Clarity for Pets.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate veterinary care.
3. Nature of the Analysis
The Clarity for Pets analysis is based on information you provide together with research, environmental data, seasonal information, publicly or commercially available sources, and other evidence relevant to the case.
The analysis is intended to identify relationships, patterns, likely drivers, contributors, amplifiers, and areas where available evidence may or may not align.
It is not intended to establish a diagnosis or prove with certainty that a particular allergen, exposure, condition, treatment, or other factor caused your pet’s symptoms.
Environmental exposure and allergy-related conditions are complex. Multiple factors may contribute to symptoms, and available data may be incomplete, uncertain, delayed, or subject to change.
4. Information You Provide
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
The usefulness of the analysis depends in part on the quality and completeness of the information available.
If relevant information is missing, inaccurate, unclear, or inconsistent, the analysis may be less complete or may reach different conclusions than it otherwise would.
You may provide veterinary records, allergy-test results, photographs, medication information, symptom histories, and other materials when relevant. By submitting those materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them to Clarity for Pets.
5. No Prior Allergy Testing Required
Prior allergy testing is not required to purchase or receive an analysis.
When testing exists, it may be considered as one source of evidence alongside the pet’s real-world symptom pattern. When testing is unavailable, the analysis may rely on symptom timing, environmental exposure, treatment history, recurrence, and other available evidence.
6. Purchase and Payment
The current price for a Clarity for Pets analysis is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The service is currently offered as a one-time purchase with no subscription or ongoing commitment.
Payment must be successfully completed before the analysis is prepared.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that provider may also be subject to its terms and privacy practices.
We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. Any price change will apply only to purchases made after the new price is posted.
7. Delivery Time
Reports are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after Clarity for Pets has received the information reasonably necessary to begin the analysis.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.
Delivery may take longer if additional information is required, the submitted case is unusually complex, technical problems occur, or circumstances outside our reasonable control delay completion.
If we need clarification or additional information from you, the delivery period may effectively pause until that information is received.
8. Refund Guarantee
If you do not feel your analysis provided meaningful clarity, you may request a full refund within 7 days after receiving your report by emailing:
No explanation is required.
Refund requests made after the applicable refund period may be considered at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
9. No Guarantee of Outcome
Clarity for Pets does not guarantee that:
- a particular cause will be identified;
- there will be one single explanation for your pet’s symptoms;
- a veterinarian will agree with every interpretation in the report;
- a recommended area for further discussion will result in a particular veterinary decision;
- your pet’s symptoms will improve;
- a treatment will work;
- a flare will be prevented; or
- future conditions will match prior environmental or seasonal patterns.
The service is designed to improve understanding and focus, not guarantee a medical or treatment outcome.
10. Environmental and Third-Party Data
The analysis may rely in part on environmental, weather, pollen, geographic, seasonal, scientific, veterinary, or other third-party information.
We make reasonable efforts to use information we consider relevant and credible, but we do not control those sources and cannot guarantee that every third-party dataset is complete, current, error-free, or available for every location or period.
Conditions can also vary within short geographic distances, and publicly reported environmental conditions may not perfectly represent the exact exposures experienced by an individual pet.
11. Use of Your Report
Your report is provided for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may share your report with your veterinarian, veterinary specialist, household members, or others involved in your pet’s care.
You may not sell, license, reproduce for commercial distribution, publish as your own work, remove branding from, or use substantial portions of a Clarity for Pets report to create a competing commercial product or service without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from discussing your experience with the service or sharing reasonable excerpts for personal purposes.
12. Intellectual Property
The Clarity for Pets website, written content, report formats, analysis frameworks, graphics, branding, educational materials, methodologies, and other original materials are owned by Clarity for Pets or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an analysis does not transfer ownership of these materials to you.
You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive right to use the report for your own pet-care purposes.
13. Customer Materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit to us.
You grant Clarity for Pets permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prepare the analysis, communicate with you, maintain appropriate records, and fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not publicly identify your pet’s case as a testimonial, case study, or marketing example using identifying information without permission.
We may use de-identified or aggregated information for internal analysis, service improvement, research into recurring patterns, or educational purposes where the information does not reasonably identify you.
14. Testimonials and Case Studies
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, or other material and separately give permission for us to use it, we may reproduce that material in marketing, educational, social-media, or website content consistent with the permission you provide.
Participation is voluntary and is not required to receive services.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website or services to interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, use the service for unlawful purposes, or copy or exploit Clarity for Pets content for a competing commercial purpose.
We may suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security threats, or misuse.
16. Website Availability
We try to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The website or report may refer or link to third-party websites, services, studies, databases, resources, veterinary information, or other external materials.
Those resources are provided for informational purposes.
Clarity for Pets does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except for the refund guarantee expressly described in these Terms, Clarity for Pets makes no warranty that the service will identify a particular cause, produce a specific veterinary outcome, eliminate symptoms, prevent future flares, or meet every individual expectation.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarity for Pets will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, report, service, third-party information, or decisions made based on the service.
You remain responsible for veterinary and pet-care decisions and for consulting appropriately licensed professionals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Clarity for Pets arising from a particular purchased analysis will not exceed the amount you paid for that analysis.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarity for Pets from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through materials you submit.
This provision does not apply to claims resulting from conduct for which Clarity for Pets may not legally disclaim responsibility.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised Effective Date.
Changes generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Clarity for Pets agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by contacting the other party.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any refund or other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Clarity for Pets concerning use of the website and purchased services.
