Our guarantee

If you do not feel your analysis provided meaningful clarity about what is driving your dog's symptoms, you can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your report. No forms and no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email support@clarityforpets.com from the address you used to order (or tell us that address) and say you would like a refund. We will confirm within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Returns

Your analysis is a personalized digital report delivered online, so there is nothing to ship or return.

After 7 days

Refund requests made more than 7 days after your report was delivered may be considered at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law. If you have questions about your report at any time, we are always happy to help: just email us.
